Game crashes after pressing login

On windows 7, when I log in the screen goes black momentarily and then crashes similar to how the client fades away when transitioning to the loading screen for a game. I haven't found any way to fix this, and the reproduction rate is 100%. Anyone else having this issue?

Edit: Installed .NET framework 3.5 and the newest one, as well as admin mode and graphics card driver update. Also uninstalled internet explorer. Still crashes, just takes longer to now (black screen lasts 10 sec)
