Firewall error still affecting client

I'm still getting the firewall error, can anyone help? I've re-downloaded LoL several times when this started 1 and a half months ago. I have a brand new 2014 Mac and I play on LAN perfectly... I just can't play on NA for some reason. Ive contacted support but to be blunt they don't help at all. Thanks.
