[Gameplay] Lobby Rune Bug

Hi Riot!

Current System: Mac OS High Sierra

Just came across a bug where I logged in, got into a game lobby for Solo/Duo Queue and my runes bugged out. When selecting rune pages it didn't display any of the new runes, just a tooltip for a rune for "Weapon poisons".

1. Log into client.
2. Queue for solo q.
3. Accept game.
4. Click on rune editing page.

Haven't replicated this yet but will attempt to do so shortly.

Edit. Just loaded up another game of solo q and this has happened again.
