Katarina Q and R bug.

Center bush at dragon Lulu was running away from Vi by drag, I then q'd her and used R, at that point, Q did not work, R did not work, B did not work neither did clicking on the recall button, (However I could type) this went on for roughly 15 minutes, at 21:30 I was able to reuse My abilities once again, at the point I purchased Abyssal Scepter, (no change still couldn't use abilities) at the 21:30 mark I purchased Needlessly Large Rod, at that point I could use My abilities again. I do not recall Lulu using any abilities, she may have polymorphed Me. I'm unsure on how to reproduce it. during the time it did not work, I closed out league, reconnected, did a complete restart of league (killed all processes as well as re-opened league) still to no avail.
