[GAMEPLAY] Reksai hurting self with on hit effects/ziggs bombs transparent

I was playing a custom game just to play around with reksai and I decided to go titanic hydra, black cleaver, and the red devourer smite item. I noticed I was getting slowed from something and finally realized I was applying my black cleaver and my red buff to myself whenever i was using my q. On my death recaps it showed fervor of battle was also hurting me and maybe titanic hydra too. All I had to do was use my q to create the bug but maybe the items had something to do with it too. Zigg's bombs were also nearly invisible at times the same game. I caught some snapshots of the game saying that I was being slowed, black cleavered, etc, one of zigg's bombs and the scoreboard for builds.

SHORT VERSION:

1. I built skirmisher's devourer on reksai with titanic hydra and black cleaver
2. Used Q ability
3. Got applied with black cleaver debuff, red buff and possibly more
