[Gameplay] - Maphite's Q and R just work after a double click on it

In my last game, I played Malphite for the first time in this new Summoners Rift, and when i cast a Q or R on any minions or enemy champion, in the first time i click on it, nothing happens and just cast the abilitie at the second click. This thing happens everytime I try to cast the abilitie.

I'm thinking if is possible to be an certain option that I chose, but i search all entire menu and I didn't see anything. When i try to ping in the map it happens the same. If it is an option someone can help me?
