cant download LOL

After downloading the LOL installer from the website, I click and wanna install, everything seems to be all right, however, after that the auto downloading window never open . Then I double click the LOL icon on the desktop, it shows repairing, unfortunately, no auto downloading start after the repairing. Then I tried several ways like run as administrator and turn off the windows defender. Nothing works!!!! XDDDDDDDDDDDDD

Can anyone help me??????????????
