Not receiving turret aggro when diving enemy solo.

I just played a game as Rumble vrs Garen top and I was not receiving tower agro when I would dive him under tower and kill him. This happened 1 time at top blue side tier 1 tower and then again at tier 2 tower blue side bottom when I dove on Rammus. I am not sure if it was because I was outside the range but I doubt it. I was hugging the wall Rek'sai normaly likes to tunnel over at top tower and I ran all the way past the tower burning Garen. I never received agro. I have the replay saved if any RIOT people want to see it. If you want to watch the replay it is SHARED in the program LOL SUMMONER INFO with a Key code. The code is: 5198CC9BDF97C113D5F745E93DADA961

You can DL the program used to record the replay at http://www.leaguelsi.com/

Hope this helps.
