Insane LP loss after losses and minimal LP gain?

I don't know what's going on, but when I lose a game I lose upwards of 20 LP and only gain around 10 or 11 LP. I have a decent win loss ratio (54.5% W/L) so I don't think the system thinks I'm in the wrong elo or anything. Is it possible that the bug causing big LP losses that occured during last patch (or maybe two patches ago) has resurfaced?

Win/loss ratio isn't everything. If you're losing against people of lower MMR you will lose more; if you win against people with higher MMR you gain more.
