Sion Q and R would not activate entire game GAMEPLAY

I played sion for about 5 mins was able to use all his skills as soon as i got to lvl 6 and i lvld up my ult i was unable to use it as well as my q I do not know if this is due to another bug in the game or if it was because i bought an orb of winter on sion all i know is that i played the game i asked everyone in the game to report me in the hopes that the game would be reviewed thats all i can really say and that for 30 mins after it started i had no fun and played sion with a shield and went minion bowling
