why didn't i receive my lvl 6 masterie token

i was playing a game of lucian and reached lvl 5 and and got an s- and gave me the presentation of getting the token but when i looked at my crafting inventory the token was not there.

i would like to have my token please for any confirmation check match history

Only Rank S and S+ gets token. S- is excluded.

That happened to me aswell... I got level 5 Kindred and got a S it showed that I got the level 6 token, but its not in my hextech thingy...
