ive been in many champions selects where someone else is left on zero seconds and then a little while later everyone else leaves the room and im just stuck there, so i close my league and when i start up another que i get a temp ban, and its not like anything is wrong with my internet it works just fine.

Pretty sure that when something happens and it shows it affecting all of the other players it's actually your connection dropping out. Learned of that sign way back when starcraft first came out. Wire in your connection!
If it's happening to you a lot but it's not happening to everyone else, then the problem is more than likely on your end, not Riot's.
