Cannot connect or reconnect??

This has happened ever since the new patch. When I try to enter a game I will get past champion select, and then the game will crash and take me to the home screen with a reconnect button. Upon clicking reconnect, the client will say "please wait" for like half a second. Just a flash. And then the reconnect button will be available again. It doesn't matter how many times I click it, or how many times I restart the client. I will simply not be able to get into any game.

I've tried running as administrator and completely reinstalling the client. Neither did anything. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
