[GAMEPLAY] Relic Shield and related items not Executing when used by Thresh

When supporting as Thresh, in order to trigger the heal from the Relic Shield and related items I had to actually last hit minions instead of hitting minions with low health and it executing them for having low health. I did not have this problem earlier today with Leona or Alistar.
