Bug that has been going on forever................................

When I mean forever I mean since like 2 patches ago.....................I didnt say anything because I thought it would be fixed eventually......................................................................... When the game loads I can't see the champ art. It's just a black screen... I can see the names but not the art..................... pls.................................................
