Can't link twitch to league

Hello. I cannot for my life link my account to twitch prime. Amazon and twitch are linked but every time I try to link twitch to league it either redirects me to NA or EUW... I live in Italy but I play on EUNE. Also the page on amazon.it doesn't work. Wtf do I have to do? hide my ip?-.- I've tried changing region on the league linking page yet still redirects me to na/euw after I click link account.............................
