Dying as Kayn while inside of enemy champion [URF]

I do not understand what am I missing.

Had 3 situations like in this game, I think.. found this one, didn't bother for the rest

It says he becomes untargetable, how come I die when going out as dakin? The only thing that comes to my mind is that Duskblade procs while I am inside or that the auto attack didn`t get register as I am getting in... but then gets registered right as I go out aaaand somehow negatates all the healing? hah

Still, why did it even let me in... that shouldn't work? Should it?

It's possible to die while untargetable with Damage over Time effects, since you are just untargetable and not invulnerable. So things like Deathfire Touch and Ignite can still damage you. I don't see any of those effects in the video though, so it might still be a bug or unusual interaction I'm not aware of.
