My screen is locked on the same spot and I can't move my camera [gameplay]

So I play on a mac, dont know if that makes a difference for the bug. It happened to me once every 3 or 4 games for the past week. I enter summoners rift and my camera is locked on the same spot. I can only move it by double clicking on the map (when it bugs I have to double left click to do everything : ping, buy items, move camera on the map). It is pretty annoying and it forces me to play lock screen and I am pretty bad with lock screen
