invite from previous game auto leaves from lobby

just happened to me, I was playing a draft mode game, the other team made a remake I pressed play again found a new match, 1 person from the last match invited me to a new game while I was already in a new lobby, just for fun I pressed accept the timer went on and after a minute I ended up in main screen no warning, attemted to join a new queue, got 5 minute timer. The way I was forced out of the other lobby just appears like a bug, since players should not be able to invite me to a new match making if im already in a lobby? Thoughts?
