Can't find Prestige Edition KDA Kai'sa in shop

So, as you can see in the screenshot.. The skin is just not there for me to purchase. I already tried restarting my client. Is this a common occurrence? Any ideas?

Edit: My friend has 10 items in his shop, I have 9, all excluding the skin itself.

Yeah i saw it 2 hours ago in the crafting menu, but i didn't have enough tokens. Now i do have enough but it's gone for some reason. Maybe there is a bug or something
