League of Legends wont open

When I tried to open league of legends after the last update nothing opened. I tried to open it up again, the only thing that opened was a blue client screen on the top left corner of my monitor, it did not load it just remained blue. I used my hextech repair kit and uninstalled and reinstalled League of legends. Now it wont open at all. Any help would be appreciated.
