Series Restarting

The past two series i've been in have ended with me having to restart them, the first being my promos into silver 1 which i won, but had to restart and my series to gold which i won and after the last game it said that i qualified for a series. I really don't want to redo 5 promo games. Can someone from riot pls help. If this info changes anything i had the one loss on the series to silver 1, two loses on the series to gold 5.
