Leaver Buster is Broken

Alright, yeah I left a game or two, I admit it. i deserve the punishment. Although, what I don't deserve is that the punishment is about 10x longer than what it actually is. For example, the first time you get 5 minute delays (like when you dodge in ranked, btw this stacks with that which is bs) you should only have to wait that 5 minutes and then you get into queue right? Hahahah, wrong, you have to go through that 5 minute wait, then it puts you right back into that 5 minute wait and you have to go through that again. And then when you do finally get into a game, Riot's servers won't allow you to connect, and then you have a "10 minute" wait for the next 5 games. Basically, you have to wait longer to get into a game, than the actual game play itself.
