Game freezes during pick screen,

I went into a ranked game and during banning/picking phase the game would freeze, the countdown would get to 0 and stay at 0. After 20-30 second it will return back to normal. But if it freezes when you are picking or about the pick it would be a big problem because it would mean you failed to pick in time and it will automatically kick you and you will basically receive a lost.
