Mastery Level 6 Issues

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to get quite a few of my champions to level 6 lately, but I seem to be having some difficulty.

I have 2 Level 6 tokens for about 3 different champions (Miss Fortune, Shyvana, and Blitzcrank). I own each of these champs, yet when I attempt to go to the loot and crafting inventory and unlock level 6 for these champs, it will not let me. This is very confusing because on one of the options to unlock, it says to use 2 Level 6 tokens and 1 champion permanent.

Visually, whenever I am about to try to unlock, it shows 0/1 over the champion picture and 2/2 under it.

Anyone have any solutions?

Do you have a champion shard in your loot for any of those champs? If not, you'll need to use blue essence instead (obtained by breaking down other champion shards).
