Why am I not eligible for a refund on KaiSa ?
Never played kaisa, no pts, but still can't refund.. Bought her yesterday

Do you have any refunds left? And if so, why waste them on BE?
The other commenter is asking if you have any refund tokens left. You get 3 on your account, and they give one per season now so you should have had 4 possible refunds total. Should say in the left side of the account purchases section.
