It clearly says that if you never played a champion you're able to refund it

You cant refund something if you used all your refunds.. You get 3 per account. They are meant to reverse accidental RP transactions, not demo stuff you dont want.

The other commenter is asking if you have any refund tokens left. You get 3 on your account, and they give one per season now so you should have had 4 possible refunds total. Should say in the left side of the account purchases section.

Already used them all, but normally, you can refund a champion within a week if you didn't used him. Which I didn't do.
