Not sure how practical it would be but you can buy Jaurim's Fist stack it sell it and repeat the process.

Pretty sure any health stacked from it originally would be lost upon first sell

Tested in game, this is correct. Buying Jaurim's Fist gives 150 health, selling a fully stacked Jaurim's Fist removes 300 health.
