Vi Q bug with Cassiopeia

Not entire sure of the cause of it, but twice in a single game i had my Q remain locked in its charge mode which i could not release when walking onto a Cass W spell. it can be extremely detrimental and affected me more then once. not sure if a know bug but thought i should report L:)

that's working as intended, you can't use dashes when grounded, even if you start to channel them before entering miasma as could be the case with Vi.
