chest bug

I have been playing now in season 8, but for some reason when me or my premade get S- or higer i dont get any chests. For example i have gotten S 2 or more times on Zed and i havent gotten a single chest.

You can get a chest for the first time you get an S with any given champion in any given season. The first S on Zed should earn you one, the second shouldn't.

Hello Summoner,

there is a maximum amount of chests you can earn in a month. You can see how many chests you are able to earn by clicking on your Profile (client) and reading that tiny number underneath the chest symbol there. Additionally, by hovering the chest symbol you can see when your next chest will be available to be earned. You can earn one more chest every week. Keep in mind that you have to be eligible (read: not banned/chat restricted) for Hextech Loot in order to earn chests. Even after your punishments ends, your reform period will still last a little longer and you won't be able to earn chests during this reform period.
