Fix your loading screen I am sick of this

I am sick of getting into ranked games and having my loading screen not launch and say it is bugged out or my loading screen being completely black with the only option being to restart my pc. Fix your god fucking damn loading screen. FIX IT. Because each time this happens I have to reinstall lol and get -15 LP. I can say that this season we got literally the worst loading screen ever. I hope we get a better loading screen because I am sick of this.
