[Gameplay] Taliyah W Not Displaying Properly in Death Recap

I was in a game recently vs. a Taliyah and I noticed this odd display for Taliyah's W in my death recap. I'm not sure if this is a bug or the person I was playing against was cheating, but I think it's worth mentioning anyways. This happened to me several times in a poro king game, and here's how I made it happen.

1. Get hit by Taliyah's W.
2. Die.
3. Look at death recap.

I've linked a screenshot with an example. If this is a case of cheating I have the summoner's name saved, but I didn't want to jump to conclusions.
