When devourer is sated, it should duplicate on hit effects every 2nd hit for melee champs (4th for ranged). Diana's passive is dealing a set amount with AP scaling every third hit. Usually when a melee champion with a third hit effect gets their hands on sated devourer it becomes every second hit to proc the effect, as with jax's passive from his ultimate. I'm not sure if this is intentional, but Diana's DOESN'T proc on devourer phantom hit. After getting devourer sated, 100% does not happen at all. it will still proc other on hit effects, just not her passive. If this is intentional and not a bug, could you just reply as such? I was pretty sure this was just an oversight somewhere.
