Kog'maw's AA

Hi, I speak english as foreign language so I will do a lot of errors. I played kog'maw before, and after his rework, and I noticed that his animation while his W is active, is really weird, i mean, he start to shoot after a longer delay and his W's missle is a little slower, if we compare it with his pre-rework.
