I just played against it, and it'rs really dumb. You can't remake, you can't recall, you can't do anything. I made a post about it as well so hopefully this gets visibility and Riot does something about it.
Is it a bug ? How do I do it ? Lemme get some freelo before they disable it.
Three days later, Xerath isn't disabled... Do Riot even care? The people who had to sit through these games aren't getting their LP back, and it's bullshit. The people working in Riot need to get off of their asses and do something. It's as simple as disabling him until they find a damn solution.
