I just played against it, and it'rs really dumb. You can't remake, you can't recall, you can't do anything. I made a post about it as well so hopefully this gets visibility and Riot does something about it.

Riot will permaban you for doing this, there is already evidence of accounts they have permabanned for it and they have said so on the forums.

If the champion is bugged, why not disable him as they always have ? I'm not doing anything "illegal" by exploiting a bug.

The ToS gives full control to Riot for how to interpret their rules so I don't recommend trying to lawyer your way into a reason to do this. You will be permabanned and Riot will not care about your excuse (nor will other players).

Three days later, Xerath isn't disabled... Do Riot even care? The people who had to sit through these games aren't getting their LP back, and it's bullshit. The people working in Riot need to get off of their asses and do something. It's as simple as disabling him until they find a damn solution.

That's always been the case for scripters and that's how these players are being treated.

They aren't influencing enough games for you to need to worry about running into them very often. You're much more likely to run into a dc or an afk, in addition to all the other kinds of scripters that are running around.
