Multiple different HUD/UI bugs

I just played a game and had multiple bugs regarding the HUD, nothing game breaking but annoying nonetheless.

The first bug is about the health bar. After taking damage for the first time, it just didn't wanna be green anymore. Whenever i took damage it flashed red just like when you lose health normally. Picture

The other bug is the "frame" not showing up around the jungle timers. Picture
