Hello, riot, FPS drops, please treat this game seriously

My fps drops significantly, from 120-140 to 80-90 after patch 8.7. I cannot play this game smoothly.

I am a software developer, please don't tell me you add nothing, don't tell me it's a problem of my computer, because you definitely know what really happened. If new features are added to the game, it should not effect the performance if I don't want to active it.

No matter what excuse you used, nothing changed but the passion of fans. So please fix it.
