I am a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014) user and i found this problem during patch 5.19. The problem is after champion selection in any game (solo, team Ranked, normal, and custom), basically, the screen turns into black and computer freezes. I am very unhappy that I cannot play league for this reason for weeks and i want to know the solution for this.
pls anyone know how to fix this problem, pls make comments
I have the same problem in windows after champ select have have yet for it to be fixed, and am still trying to get this resolved I submitted a ticket, they got back to me but i can't get all the logs in order to have it fixed. netalyzer doesn't work. for me.
I have the same problem on Mac. I've restarted my computer, reinstalled 2 times, and done everything I can possibly do, and i still get crashes after champion select.
I'm on mac and I have the same problem. I've been emailing riot support for a week now doing what they tell me to do and what they are "positive will fix the issue" and nothing has improved.
yep, same problem here on my mac, and it started in 5.19 too. I've tried all the same things.
