I cant see champions in champion select

This is not the first time when it happens. I cant ban or lock in and i have to dodge. I lost some LP because i dodge from 2 or 3 games in solo-duo. This happened once or twice a day. Today i dodge in ranked solo-duo, I restart the game and then i dodge a normal game.I dont want to get banned or lose LP for this reason so please fix it . Thanxs
