[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench can't eat Lucian

In this game I had, I could NOT eat my adc at all... Everyone else I could eat. But Lucian NOT! I play Tahm ALOT.. and never seen this issue before :(

I even try to restart the game, with no luck!
