Victory/Defeat game crash

Whenever I play a game, (happened in Ranked and Normals, whatever happens, victory or defeat, as soon as my screen goes to move to the nexus, my game freezes and I have to bring up task manager to shut down the game and then it brings me to the end game recap screen.
