"A critical error has occurred and the process must be terminated"

After champ select I can't get into the loading screen. I just see a black screen for a few seconds before this error message pops up. I've tried do the full repair but it didn't work. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I'm still getting the same error message.

There's been quite a lot of instances of this issue occurring. To help resolve the issue as best as possible, please collect the dump file while the game is still running and provide it here. To generate a dump file:

Start Task Manager

Find "League of Legends (32 bit)" under the Background processes section (not Apps section) on the Processes tab
Right click it and select create dump file. This will create the dump and tell you where it is stored (you can copy+paste that file path)
Find the file (will be a DMP File type) and reduce its size by Right click > Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder
Upload this compressed file to a google drive and share here. Alternatively, you can open a support ticket and attach the file to the ticket.

Unfortunately I can't do that because now when I start the game I can't alt-tab anymore. I just get a black screen and I can't close the league related windows, so I have to restart my computer every time I try.

You can get around that by creating a new desktop. When that error happens, hold your windows key and press tab. You'll get an option in the corner of your screen to create a new desktop. From the new desktop, you can use the task manager to kill the League process.

Do you mean client? Because game is obviously not starting due to the error. Let's start use some proper terminology?

lost LP too... i stopped playing ranked yesterday but now i cant even play ANY game anymore. No Summoners Rift and no TFT.

I just cant connect anymore.

So i guess Riot wants me to finally deinstall LoL.

I updated my nvidia drivers to the newest driver. Cant play the game anymore. Now it just crashes with that critical error over and over. Downgrade my drivers. And now its still crashing. Cant play. RIP.
