Thresh+Face of the Mountain= no last hit
I've been having issues using face of the mountain with Thresh. The minion has to be at superlow health to get the Passive.

The execute is melee only.
Thresh is ranged. Hence, he doesn't get the execute.
Gold is shared if you kill a minion through any source (AA, abilities, items).
Use Flay passive to last hit.
This topic seems to pop-up at least once a week. Really don't know why melee-only is such a hard concept.
