No sounds in game for any modes

Before update there was sounds and now there isnt whenever i play any game modes. My fps goes to 2-4 too for some odd reason. I tried reinstalling but the same thing keeps happening. I send a bug splat report and idk when theyll come up with a solution or no solution at all. Can you guys help me out? thanks lots
