Bug Report 6.24 - Incorrect IP bonus in a party in Normal Draft NA region

When playing normal draft with a friend (NA region) - on patch 6.24 - party IP rewards on the position select screen incorrectly display bonus 0% IP at all levels.

This occured when I q'd up with 1 friend, 2 friends, and 5 friends. We did not receive bonus IP for being a party.

This after inviting my friends on the position select screen where you select primary and secondary roles.
