Skin bug?

Recently i obtained an awesome kassadin skin in the loot and crafting inventory. When i got the skin i was excited but I didnt have kassadin purchased yet. Yesterday i finally had enough IP to purchase him in the store, but when i went to select the skin it wasnt there. This was pretty frustrating seeing as a spent all of my keys and boxes to obtain the shards to form a permanent skin. anyway you can help would be great thanks.

Did the permanent skin turn into a Hextech item, or was it added directly to your owned skins? If you didn't own Kassadin yet, it may still be in your Hextech inventory to be claimed.
