Client stuck in a bugged page

I queued up for soloq, when I was told to accept or decline the match I pressed accept, and now I am stuck at this page. The picks/bans seem to be going on but I cannot get out of this page no matter which option I press.

Update/ It was my turn to pick and I couldn't pick so my account dodged itself. (https://imgur.com/KPI279n)
