Can't connect to any games

I log in and try to start up a game, champion select finishes my screen goes black as usual just before it usually opens the loading screen for the game but it goes back to the client saying the game has crashed so I click reconnect and then it once again crashes and I get this error message "The instruction at 0x00000000019AD331 referenced memory at 0x0000000001D61AF4. The memory could not be written" each time I try again it lists other number combinations and I'm not sure what could have caused this problem but any support would be appreciated
