[GAMEPLAY] Sion Q bugged

Sions Q isnt charging fully. Its basically going off as soon as i hit my Q, not allowing me to get a full charge to knock anyone up. Im not %100 sure that its not my keyboard, but i dont believe it is. I tried to reset and tried it in a custom game. Thanks.
