[Gameplay] Ashe "You've been spotted" indicator bug

You can see this bug clearly on Santorin in Week 4 Day 1: 100 vs FLY (Timestamp 43:22). I've also seen it in my last 2 games with Ashe. Ashe will use their hawkshot ability, and a player will be revealed and have the eyes appear over their champion, this is normal. The bug is that these eyes then stay over the champion, in the case of the cited game, Santorin had the eyes over Sejuani for the rest of the game duration, so Im not certain if they go away if you die as Santorin was alive until the end. I haven't tested this but as it has happened in every game I've seen Ashe in lately it can't be that rare. I'm not sure what circumstances produce this bug.

I've had this issue for a few weeks. Every game against an Ashe, and it stays saying I'm visible all game.

I recently had this bug occur today while I was playing in Arams against an Ashe too. I was just placing this here just to let others know that it's still a relevant bug. Probably not a huge deal, but as I was playing it felt as if I was jeopardizing the element of surprise as a fiddlesticks.
