Cassiopeia W (Bugged)

Me and a group of friends found a bug with Cassiopeia W, Where it was invisible to our whole team (throughout the whole game we were playing). We could see her cast it but we couldn't see the pool of poison. I have no idea if their team could see it but we couldn't see it ourselves.

Similar things happen with other champs, Mundo for example, sometimes when a champ uses an ability in the brush, that ability becomes invisible for the rest of the game, it is a really annoying bug
